At Skillned, we strive to provide the best learning experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. Below are the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds.
1. Course Enrollment Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: Users can cancel their course enrollment within 7 Days of purchase, provided that no more than two modules have been accessed.
- Confirmation: Upon successful cancellation, users will receive a confirmation email from Skillned.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are offered under the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction with the Course: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the course content, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Technical Issues: If technical issues on our platform prevent you from accessing the course, you are also eligible for a refund within the same 24-hour period.
3. Conditions for Refund
Refunds may be denied under the following conditions:
- Completion of More Than Two Modules: If you have accessed and completed more than two modules of the course, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Misuse or Malicious Activity: If there is any indication of misuse or fraudulent activity, such as making false claims or attempting to download course materials illegally, your refund request will be denied.
4. Refund Process
- Time Frame for Processing: Refund requests will be processed within 48 hours from the time of the request.
- Refund Method: All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during enrollment.
- Convenience Fee: A ₹50 convenience fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Payment Gateway Fees
Please note that in addition to the convenience fee, the payment gateway may charge additional fees for processing refunds. These charges are outside of Skillned’s control.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Skillned does not currently offer any non-refundable items or services. All courses are refundable provided the above conditions are met.
7. Requesting a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our support team at support@skillned.com within the allowed 7 days period. Kindly include your course details and the reason for your request.
8. Course Cancellations by Skillned
In the event that Skillned cancels a course (e.g., due to low enrollment or instructor unavailability), a full refund will be provided to all enrolled users.
